5. Travel Services and Products

Culture Travel Hub offers various travel experiences, educational programs, and cultural immersion services. By purchasing or participating in these services, you agree to the following:

5.1 Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be received in full before services are confirmed. Prices are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed.

5.2 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by program and are specified at the time of booking. In general:

• Cancellations made 60+ days before the program start date: Full refund minus administration fee
• Cancellations 30-59 days before start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days before start date: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

5.3 Travel Documentation

Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, permits) and for complying with all applicable laws of the countries they are traveling to. Culture Travel Hub is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Culture Travel Hub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Culture Travel Hub, its parent company, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
